BREAKING BAD EPISODES

Episode One: Pilot
The story begins just beyond the New Mexican desert, in the City of Albuquerque. We first meet Walter White on his fiftieth birthday, joined for breakfast by his wife, Skyler, and son, Walter Jr. Walter is a high school chemistry teacher, moonlighting at a car wash to make ends meet. Skyler is a stay-at-home mom, who resells items on eBay in her spare time. Their son, Walter Jr., is a student, struggling with the trials and tribulations of high school life, as well as his debilitating case of cerebral palsy. When Walter is diagnosed with lung cancer, he and an ex-student begin manufacturing crystal methamphetamine in hopes to gain enough money for his family to live comfortably after his death.

Episode 2: Cat's in the Bag:
After encountering some problems cooking methamphetamine in the desert, Walter and Jesse get the lab back to Jesse's house, and begin to clean up their mess. Due to a mysterious phone call at breakfast, Skyler begins to have suspicions about Walter's strange behaviour, and the late hours he's been keeping.

Episode 3: ...and the Bag's in the River'
When Walter chastises Jesse for smoking some of the crystal methamphetamine they produced, Jesse leaves Walt to deal with his share of the clean up. Walter has some important decisions to make as to how to proceed with getting rid of the evidence from their mishaps in the desert. When Mary thinks Skyler is inferring that Walt Jr. is smoking marijuana, Hank decides to scare him straight. Skyler's suspicions rise as Walt is spending more and more time away from home.

Episode 4: Cancer Man
After Skyler causes a scene at dinner, Walt is forced to explain to his family that he was diagnosed with level three lung cancer. Despite his best efforts to keep it a secret, the family must now deal with the turmoil surrounding Walter's illness. Jesse returns home to see his family, and the audience is introduced to his parents and little brother.

Episode 5: Gray Matter
Walter and Skyler attend the birthday of their old friend Elliott Schwartz. Elliott and Walter studied at the same post-secondary institution, and shared a close friendship that has dwindled over the years. The degradation of their friendship is at least partially attributed to the fact that Elliott married Gretchen, an old romantic interest of Walter's. Jesse looks for legitimate employment, but before long he is back to his old tricks. Skyler gets the family together to tell Walter that he should seek medical treatment, but he is concerned with quality of life issues.

Episode 6: Crazy Handful of Nothin'
Walter begins chemotherapy, and goes back to teaching, though the effects of his medication are becoming more and more severe. The DEA finds a gas mask in the desert cook-site, and determines that it came from the high school Walt works at. Because of this, Hank goes to Walter for advice, as well as to determine if there is anymore equipment missing from the lab. Jesse finds a new distributor in the city, and decides to pay him a visit to see if they could establish a business relationship.

Episode 7: A No-Rough-Stuff Type Deal
The school calls a PTA meeting to discuss the recent events at the school, including the theft of chemistry equipment. A baby shower is thrown for Skyler, where she receives an unusual present from her sister, Marie. Hank shows a different side of himself while drinking whisky, and conversing with Walt. Jesse is recovering well from his altercation with Tuco, but he and Walter soon encounter problems when they realize they are unable to produce the promised amount of methamphetamine with their current supplies. The possibility of chemical laboratory heist arises...
